Asparagus Risotto with honey glazed salmon!

I am so so so happy to share this dish with you guys. I must first admit that the risotto was from trader joes in the frozen section... great shortcut for the work week to have such a decadent treat! The Salmon I made however, in an over,  on a very high heat to caramelize some of the honey/ brown sugar that I added to the marinate.

Other ingredients on the salmon include, oregano, micro greens, scallion garlic, cilantro and soy sauce. I might just make this dish again next week!!!

Curry galore!!!!

I've never been here but have heard countless things about this place that is sure to please you as it did me.
Here is the flyer that lured me to inviting my good friends for a dinner here!!!

How could you go wrong with $5 apps at happy hour!!!! You just cant...

The items we share not pictured because we were too hungry to care was the
- Vegetable Spring Rolls
- Steamed Dumplings
- Fire Cracker Shrimp
- Fried Chicken

Some were eaten by me but not all.....

Vegetable Massaman Curry $20

Potato, Long Beans & Tofu

This was super good!!! I asked for more... the surprising kick was that it had pineapples in the dish that gave a twist to any curry dish I ever indulged into.

Seared Tilapia In Red Curry $23

Pineapple, Tomatoes, Red Grapes, Thai Basil

This was one of my friends dishes. I had a bite and thought it was really flavorful. I liked it and so did she!!!  can't really critique much on it though.

Plantain Kofta Curry $20

Green Plantain & Homemade Paneer Dumplings,
Creamy Onion & Almond Curry

This was my dish... OMG was this good. So good I got full saved it and had it for breakfast the next day... OH yes I DID do THAT. Curry sweet plantains is unheard of but they did it here with finesse, I mean flavor town all day!!!!

I have to go back to this place and try other dishes. Indian is one of my to go to cuisines and have yet to be disappointed.... Till next time!!!

THAI SHRIMP
$14
lightly fried tossed in buffalo or thai sauce

They just do not give you enough of this!
If I were the chef, I would add a few more pieces, better yet, I'd add these to the grilled cheese below... because that's my favorite lunch combo...

LOADED GRILLED CHEESE
$12
provolone, mozzarella, Parmesan, arugula, tomato w/ fries

I could never finish the entire sandwich. However, I must say that this is a great dish to have for lunch. pretty affordable and great flavor... I love the crust that the bread has when you first bite into it... Yummy. It also holds up well if you save it for later... double yummerz!!!!

This is a nice place for eating lunch if you have the $$ to go there. I would rather say it's a better place during happy hour. I would also suggest Eating at the bar to guarantee better service.

Pan Seared Sea Scallops and Wild Mushroom Saffron Risotto

Great pub in the times square area. I wish the portion was a bit larger. I am really hungry after this. And for the price I expected more of something.
Service was okay, the server paid more attention to other things than her tables.
In regards to the food, the seared scallops were delicious. The risotto was astounding. Creamy and decadent. I really wish there was more on my plate honestly.
I would definitely go back for some more
