Monsoon ( Birthday Dinner)

I think this  might have been one of our best bday dinners yet!

Part 2

The picture of the bottle of Sake we got did not want to show up for some reason on this post, but I will say you must try cloudy sake and all other variations of Sake they have to offer 

Here the Rock shrimp was good. I believe it's up there with the top 5 Rock shrimps that we've had. The sauce was on point and the shrimp were cooked to perfection

We wanted to try something new and we did. After sharing this roll I almost attempted to order another one but was advised that the meal we were about to get was plenty to satisfy our hunger needs

It was not spicy as indicated, because we both enjoy spicy food and this was merely a tease, all in all it was fresh and rewarding to say the least!!

Now for the Big winner!!! (winner winner Chicken dinner)

This style of Lobster will and I repeat will be replicated once I get some time at home. OMG the broth was so flavorful yet light. The lobster had to be about 2lbs and more than enough veggies in the bowl to satisfy us both. It did need a side dish though, which I'll get to in a second

What we loved about this was the fact that the lobster was grilled and then placed into the broth to marinate and served to perfection. O man do I want some now :(

 Cantonese lobster rich butter glaze, shishito pepper,black beans ................ 39. 

This is the side of rice we god. It is not your typical greasy fried rice and in fact tasted a little to healthy for me LOL. It was perfect though to enjoy with that amazing Lobster.

Here wr have FRIED oreos... Why in heavens would we not try this (out of all other options, why not)

It was so good and a great end to an amazing meal oh man!!

Below I could not recall the drinks shown, I do know that the one with the Pineapple was to die for!!!!

Can't really explain the taste, but i can only advise that I will make another appearance when I am in the area for happy hour! 

Crispy Thai Style Calamari

Scallions, Cilantro, Peanuts, Sesame Seeds, Sweet Red Chile

These Calamari's were really good, I think one of the best ones we've had in a really long time. 

Lobster Mac N Cheese 

This right here was an order to compliment our entree's. Holy cow it was rich in flavor and heavy at the same time

We could not eat the whole thing because it would kill out appetite for the entree's 

Lobster Crusted Salmon

I thought this dish was so good I was willing to give it to my  Fiance 

That is how good it was... I was not too fond of his dish and though that he deserved what I got!

The salmon was cooked to perfection, it had fingerlings on the bottom with truffle butter sauce... OMG what a MAZING

I will Def try and make this at home one day 

Sea Food Fra Diablo 

This was the Bday boy's dish which I thought was okay at best....

I would like to go here for happy hour to see what it's like!

This has got to be one of the freshest Lobster tails I've ever had in my life.

The Rice was delicious, the Clarified butter was amazing and the home fried potato chips were out of this world!!!

The veggies tasted like they came from a fresh garden, I mean common it was just an excellent dish

My co-workers ate all of the Meat that was passed around. I can't vouch for any of it but they looked good. The place got packed really quickly!

I would Highly recommend this place to any one for any occasion!!!
