First off I'd like to say that this is indeed the cheapest lunch I ever had and really enjoyed it as well!!

Lunch comes with app, entree and drink who can beat that and it's all for a measly 7.99!!!

Here is there take on spring rolls and a little salad on the side! yummerzz

My thai Ice tea did not disappoint at all!

The start is the entree... I had their coconut rice with veggie panang... OMG that is was bananas I almost ordered another to go home oh man. What really intrigued me was the rice.... it was the best part yum yum yum

This is a nice hidden gem in times square. I highly suggest going here for lunch or happy hour!

Yum Yum's other spot is pretty cool.

Here is the Thai Ice tea that I had. I really wanted a cocktail, but nothing was on special. That really sucked as I would have rather-ed ate at Yum Yum and had a drink there for cheap!! Oh well... this was a really good Thai Ice tea and I have no complaints about this.

For the first appetizer, I really miss coconut soup with chicken in it... so I tested the waters and asked for vegetables. It was the best suggestion I ever made!!! The veggies were fresh, and the soup was just divine... It was a bigger portion then that of it's other location.

The vegetable dumplings were really good. Nice sauce on the bottom and awesome veggies inside of it. The other appetizer options would have been great too if I ate meat... next time I'll go with a co-worker and see what they think of the food.

The Panang here is totally different. They added a huge chunk of pumpkin in the middle of the curry. It was very very good. Something different at a sort of chain made me feel really really good. I would def have this dish again.

The coconut shrimp was disappointing. It was just fried too long, or the oil needed to be changed. I could barely finish the dish, and yes I was hungry hence all that food. The flavor wasn't there for me either... oh well maybe next time.

I would def come back here again and try other dishes. Till next time!!!

Thai food in Lee Mass,

Let's get right to it!

We ordered a lot of food because we were hungry and my eyes are bigger than my stomach all the time.

GREEN CURRY With string beans, egg plants, red & green peppers, yellow squash, zucchini and basil leaves.

This was the veggie version and we liked it. Not spicy at all though and was really rich and creamy because of the coconut milk they used. Oh what a great dish it was!!!

SIAMESE FRIED RICE
Delicious fried rice with chicken, shrimps, egg, onions, snow peas, green pea, baby corns, carrots, sweet corn, tomato, scallions and cilantro.

This rice was good. Over whelmed with veggies this is a great vegetarian dish to eat.

Oh my my my... the Coconut shrimp was out of this world. The fresh coconut flavors, and the sauce was my favorite dish of all the ones we tried that day!!! I wish I could take that recipe back with me to NY

ROLL “J”Vegetarian spring rolls, delicate and crispy. Served with sweet-sour sauce

These Spring rolls were different from what I've been accustomed to and really enjoyed it. hands down the second best dish we tried here. Same sauce as the shrimp.

Vegetable Panang
Kind of disappointing to say the least. It was the most expensive thing they had and it came with no rice. My bill was mostly high  because of this dish (not a happy camper) We had to order and extra order of rice... (they thought the veggie rice was plenty rice) Did I mention I had a CARB love affair......

Thai Lotus Wine Yummerzzz

This was a really good glass of wine, and the funny thing is that they actually have this bottle in my local wine store (picked up a bottle on my way back home the next day)

Here's the Wine menu if you are interested in the name/brand of the other ones.

Their Thai Ice tea was on point as well.... cannot complain here either.

All in all, we were happy we found a place with decent food, our other options weren't very promising. We would def go back again, but might only order a few of what we had this day!!! Till next time!!!

I know you guys know I love me some Thai food. However, I enjoy eating Thai with this birthday girl! For lunch maybe 2 times a week minimum, and we indulge our selves with anything Thai related, with a few Thai Ice teas to accompany our meals all the time.

For her BDAY we went to Reserve on 3rd ave. My BF and I were there first and was already happy with the Wine happy hour they had till 8. The menu options were a bit different from normal Thai restaurants and we wanted to try them out!

Here we have Curry Puffs.... if you indulge in Thai food you would know that these are pillows of heaven. The cucumber sauce that accompanied it was light and decadent I wanted another order...

The calamari was just how I like them. Lightly breaded and the two sauces on the side were the Bombbay (my bf's fave word) One was a spicy aoli and the other was the traditional sweet and spicy sauce. Both sauces were excellent!

Chive pancakes are made differently at all Thai places. Sometimes they are flat, square, thicker thinner... today we had the bun shaped ones and they were really good. A bit doughy for some, but perfect for me!!!

Something you don't see everyday is french fries and Thai in the same sentence. They accompanied these thick cute spuds with the same sauces as the calamari... and to think... I should have thought of that!!!! It was really really good!

Finally for the entree.... My BF never had chicken Panang so we both ordered the same dish. He really enjoyed it and so did I. I love the spicy creamy sauce and the tender chicken accompanied by the various vegetables in the plate. A honestly big win for me!

Along side with our happy hour wine.. we shared a bottle of this really sweet German wine. Highly favored among the table as well as the birthday girl. It was truly a really good night.

With all that food plus 8 other dishes, we only spent under $30 each plus tax and tip. Now tell me that wasn't a great meal plus a cheap one at that!

I am already looking for a date in my calender where i can have this experience again!

Happy birthday to my friend again!
