Hey Lovely people, I come to you with another happy hour adventure. Below is a picture of the menu. I was excited to go here because the happy hour is to die for. I was also excited to be with one of my good friends. She was really happy to leave work to come here for lunch!!!

Her Drink with her fashionably extended pinky was the pomegranate martini. The bartender swore it would be sweet but it was pretty tart if you ask me. It was good but nothing compared to MY drink!!!!.

Which was a Moscow Mule!!!. It had candy ginger, ginger alcohol and a splash of seltzer. It was really strong ^.^ my kind of drink!.

We've been here before and wanted to stick to our original burgers and fries, but when I saw the word lobster I went head over heals especially because I saw it was only $8!. We got the Spicy Lobster and let me tell you, it was so succulent that I bit the fork twice. Luckily the portions were divided or my friend wouldn't have gotten any LOL.

The Star of the place has to be the mini burgers. I love how fresh and tasty they are. I kid you not you don't need ketchup or cheese. They are seasoned perfectly. The bun is the right texture. I want some now speaking about it :( And the fries. They are the king of fries. Well seasoned, crunchy and soft in the middle. Not greasy but you know they were fried. It's just excellent!.

I hope you guys try Ruth Chris for happy hour. It is a must try. Trust  me you wont regret going!!!!

After a long game that my friends played we visited a place in Williams burg Brooklyn.

Sorry I forgot the name of the place but I will go back and change the title of this post.

This was the pork dumplings and they were so good. I love dumplings in general but the sauce had a weird tang that was different.

My friend had the spicy Thai shrimp dish and it was pretty good. But not that spicy to me. I thought it could actually use more spices. I wasn't too impressed.

I had what I always get from any Thai place, Green chicken curry. It was your average curry but pretty good. I think I would have been fine with a few more orders of the dumplings.

Here we have the amazing Sweet Ice tea. I was a little on the fence because it was orange but it was Amazing. I love Asian teas they are the best. You have to try it when ever you go to an Asian restaurant

Till Next time :)

Nothing is more precious then cooking at home for your family. I was bored on Saturday and decided to make pizza (I was also hungry).

Below is the store bough pizza dough, sauce that I made with fresh tomatoes, basil, oregano, thyme, parsley, sea salt, black pepper and a little bit of adobe. Now that was a small twist I came up with and I will explain why later.

I sprinkled Parmesan cheese and placed it in the oven for 20 minuets
I took the pizza out to add my chicken that I had left over from the night before. It was a little spicy but not overwhelming. The reason for a little adobe in the sauce was to help balance the kick in the chicken. I thought it was a good idea. I added it and put the pizza back into the oven
For added cheese I sliced fresh mozzarella cheese on top and placed the pie in the broiler for 5 minuets.
It took about an hour to complete this pizza but It was worth it.
Every one loved the pizza and i wish I made a bigger pie. It was only 12 inches and we all got a big slice and were still hungry lol.

It was a great experience and i loved it. Till next time happy eating :) !
