Restaurant week in Brooklyn Is a great ideal for locals who don't want to go back to the city after a long work day. But, even though this restaurant was not added to the week of pre-fixed meals it was Well worth the visit.

I had the Salmon special and Lord Jesus it was good. I couldn't fathom what my taste buds were feeling but it was heaven. The salmon was a huge portion compared to your average restaurant portions. And it was flavorful. The creamy risotto on the bottom was flavored with a pesto that made me want to sing opera (that's how good it was) And the prices were not BAD!!!

Here we have what My cousin had to eat and boy was she happy. It was lasagna and it was prepared so neatly i didn't want to ask for a bite, but every one knows me that only last all of three seconds. Holy batman it was not your average lasagna you'd get any where else. The fresh sauce and herbs and meat made it all an experience worth going back for.

I highly recommend going here for a date night, girls night out or even just to check out what the locals are up to. It's a cute spot to enjoy the homeyness and honest locals that just want to have a good time.

Happy Hour is always fun with a good ole friend. Especially when it involves a great deal.
TACO Tuesday's!!!

Below we have two taco's that you can dress any way you like. Freshly prepared, slowly cooked meat. My favorite one is the chicken one in the middle. I begged for more! The salsa had jalapeno's and fresh tomatoes, the lettuce and onions were fresh and the cheese was a great kicker. Loved everything about it. If you in the neighborhood on Tuesday go out and have a great taco!

The Pizza there is good. Second time having it actually... But you could add any topping you like for 50c, so we went out on a limb and had them put broccoli... who says pizza had to be unhealthy? Not I!!!

And we have beer! Blue Moon to be exact. A pitcher will run you only $8 bucks and if your not sharing it will last you a while.

I recommend this place for it's nice chilled ambiance and it's friendly wait staff! It's a must try!!!

It's always awesome to be around people you love and enjoying a great meal as well. We all decided to give Olive Garden a try on it's interesting deal.

l

This was not part of the deal But I wanted to try it any way. It was their new Spicy Shrimp that was really good. Light batter texture and a nice sauce on top. I was delightfully impressed

Here we have the best smoothie I've tried in a while. It was a peach smoothie and I was really impressed how not over powering the flavor was but how nice and refreshing it was. Usually smoothies make you thirsty but mt thirst was quenched!

I had the Calamari for my appetizer, another sea critter on my mind. It was your typical calamari, not big bang effect. What shocked me was that my mom liked it. even after I told her what it was!!!

For a few extra bucks I got the Parmesan crusted chicken with cheese Ravioli. This was the highlight of my day. Not too salty.. Not overwhelmingly cheesy. Just the perfect plate of food. i would Highly suggest trying this. For all the skeptics out there on Olive Gardens food. I believe they are doing a great job!!!

I love Eating here for Brunch on Sunday's or even a regular week day. I came here for dinner with my cousin and we wanted to see what their night life was like. We had our socks knocked off!

Below was my appetizer that I thought was pretty good. I like the twist on your normal Quesadilla. The chickpea salad on the side was refreshing and fresh. You can add it into the quesadilla like I did. All in all It was good!

My Cousin Had the Snapper with a sweet potato plantain mash, corn with a spicy kick and a mango salsa. She felt like she was at a 5 star restaurant. Her exact words were " I feel like i'm eating something so refreshing with out the guilt." The Snapper was baked not fried which made her even more happy.

My Ropa Vieja was DELICIOUS!!!!! It was succulent and filling. I was really impressed especially when it was my first time trying it after hearing good reviews about this dish.

I love Beer and the best thing with beer is food. I was told to try this place out. Not too far from my house I was committing a crime of not visiting this place any sooner! This place is made for the type of person that likes to kick back and relax. The ambiance is rustic and classy at the same time. Live band outside and great wait staff.

Here we have a half of a summer ale. This place makes their own beers. It was pretty good. Nice light and very tasty. I had another beer that I forgot to take a picture of which was called Heferweisen. It had a hint of clove and was really good. It was cloudy and really smooth.

Below we have an amazing mix of bread and buffalo chicken they call a flame cake. OMG was I Happy. The textures and flavors that the achieved in this dish was stupendously amazing. It was shared among-st 3 people and didn't last more than 5 minuets. It's bigger in person trust me . This picture is not doing any justice!!

Last we have the Potato pancake with apple sauce. It was good But I was more in love with the flame cake. I probably should have tried this before the flame cake because my taste buds want nothing but more!!

I I highly recommend going to this place on any day..alone or with friends :)
